Introduction
The ProQual Level 7 Diploma in Construction Senior Management is aimed at senior managers in the construction industry working in a wide range of job roles.
The awarding body for this qualification is ProQual Awarding Body (www.proqualab.com) and the regulatory body is the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual); It is also endorsed by the sector body for construction - CITB.
The qualification has been accredited onto the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) and is published on Ofqual’s Register of Qualifications.
What does the qualification cover?
It allows learners to learn, develop and practice the skills required for employment and/or career progression in the Construction Senior Manager’s sector.

How we deliver this qualification:
As this is a work-based qualification, learners must be working as a senior manager You will be sent a skill scan to assess your current knowledge and experience in all assessment critera, this will identify gaps to be covered during training.
There are no formal lectures, we will arrange with you to attend college for one to one tutorials, training, oral questioning, and a review of the evidence you have gathered at work. One of our experienced assessors will visit you at work to observe and assess your competency in practical assessment criteria.
We will be in touch with you every few weeks to review your progress and arrange a visit to the college or our assessor to visit you on site. As there are 10 units in this qualification and hundreds of questions to answer, we will help you to complete some of these to oral questioning either at the college or on site during the visits.
Duration: The duration of the course depends on your motivation, experience and the time you put into the gathering of evidences from work. This course can be completed in 3 to 6 months, we provide a dedicated assessor support for 1 year.
