The ProQual Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Construction Site Supervision (Construction) qualification provides a nationally recognised qualification for those working as a site supervisor or assistant site manager in building and civil engineering, highways maintenance and repair, residential development, conservation or demolition.
Assessment: Internally assessed and verified by centre staff External quality assurance by ProQual verifiers

How we deliver this qualification:
As this is a work-based qualification, learners must be working as a manager relating to any one of the pathways. You will be sent a skill scan to assess your current knowledge and experience in all assessment critera, this will identify gaps to be covered during training.
There are no formal lectures, we will arrange with you to attend college for one to one tutorials, training, oral questioning, and a review of the evidence you have gathered at work. One of our experienced assessors will visit you at work to observe and assess your competency in practical assessment criteria.
We will be in touch with you every few weeks to review your progress and arrange a visit to the college or our assessor to visit you on site. As there are 15 units in this qualification and hundreds of questions to answer, we will help you to complete some of these to oral questioning either at the college or on site during the visits.
Duration: The duration of the course depends on your motivation, experience and the time you put into the gathering of evidences from work. This course can be completed in 3 to 6 months, we provide a dedicated assessor support for 1 year.
