This course is ideal for beginners and graduates from a construction related degree course to refresh their skills in using Total Stations and levelling equipment.

• Establish site primary and secondary controls, even if none exist

• Carry out basic setting out

• Assist engineers and surveyors on site

Certification: CITB-assured achievements and college  certificates in Total Station for construction

🟡PATHWAY 2: Diploma in Engineering Surveying-Junior setting-out engineer training for beginners

• Perfect for: Those serious about entering the industry​

• Earning Potential: £25,000 – £35,000 salary, or £180–£275 per day​​​

• Duration: 12 Weekend sessions over three months or a block of 12 consecutive days in one month with optional further weekend sessions the following month if required to complete the course and achieve the competency of a junior engineer.​

⚫ PATHWAY 4-Existing engineer route

For ProQual Level 3 Diploma in Engineering Surveying to apply for a GOLD CSCS Engineer Surveyor CARD​

 

This training is designed for existing engineers and surveyors who are either unqualified or work with a green laborer CSCS card. It aims to ensure learners have a full understanding of the principles of surveying, levelling and site controls as well as using GNSS, Digital, laser and automatic levels. 

​​

Training duration: Blended home learning, plus 4 days of training at the college, and one day of site assessment at the workplace. 

​

Fees: Please choose either pathway 2 or 3 to achieve the qualification to apply for the Gold CSCS card and receive 25% off fees of your selected course. Learners must be working on site as an engineer or a surveyor and be assessed at workplace to qualify for the discount in fees.
